Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Manager, Broker (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable broker networks to expand market reach and generate qualified leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, CPAs, and business owners to foster long-term engagement
  • Drive pipeline performance and achieve referral and ARR targets through proactive partner engagement and joint selling strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in HCM, payroll, benefits, or SaaS
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Skilled in creating partner enablement programs and delivering compelling presentations
  • Highly organized with a data-driven approach to performance tracking and forecasting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
