Channel Manager for Africa/West Asia
Job Summary
Owning OffSec's channel business across Africa and West Asia, the full-time Channel Manager for Africa/West Asia will recruit and enable a network of resellers, drive partner-sourced revenue, and execute joint go-to-market plans while working remotely from a home office.
Key responsibilities
- Recruiting, onboarding, and enabling a tiered network of resellers, distributors, and managed service providers across Africa and West Asia
- Driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue to meet agreed targets
- Representing OffSec at regional industry events and collaborating with channel marketing to localize content and campaigns
Required qualifications
- Proven track record managing and growing a channel partner ecosystem in Africa and West Asia, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS
- Experience in recruiting and enabling new partners from scratch
- Strong commercial acumen for building joint business plans and holding partners accountable to revenue commitments
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in channel management
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus
