Job Summary

Leading regional marketing initiatives, the full-time Head of Channel Marketing will drive business growth through partner ecosystems and demand generation while managing a team of three in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the Country Manager, aligning marketing investments with regional business goals
  • Define and lead the regional marketing strategy, guiding the Channel Marketing team in executing annual territory plans
  • Oversee regional lead generation and pipeline performance, ensuring effective lead management and distribution to partners
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales models and partner enablement strategies
  • Proven track record of hiring and mentoring high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and optimizing lead generation funnels
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot for tracking lead lifecycles and campaign attribution
