Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project schedules to ensure successful campaign execution that meets business sales goals
• Execute and optimize day-to-day email marketing campaigns to engage and convert customers
• Oversee campaign development processes, including QA and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engagement and retention email marketing, focusing on campaign development and analytics
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years of project management experience across cross-functional teams
• Experience in email marketing; knowledge of other digital channels is a plus
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting tools such as Tableau or Google Analytics
