Job Summary
To support a growing Revenue Marketing team, the full-time Channel Marketing Manager will define and execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy, focusing on partner engagement and revenue growth while working remotely in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and launch the foundational Channel Marketing program, defining core processes and scalable playbooks
- Develop a tiered marketing strategy tailored to key partner types, including benefits brokers and HR platforms
- Create and manage a library of partner-facing marketing assets while collaborating with Field Marketing for localization
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 2 years in Channel Marketing or Partner Marketing
- Proven experience in establishing a marketing program from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the Health Benefits, HR Technology, or Payroll/HRIS ecosystem
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
