Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily channel operations by reconciling data between internal systems and external partners
Monitor, validate, and investigate discrepancies across external platforms, escalating issues as necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill operational requests and ensure seamless workflow

Required Qualifications

Strong experience managing and reconciling large datasets
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Experience in process improvement and understanding of data governance
Familiarity with operational support and strategic insights
