Channel Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting third-party distribution channels, the remote contract Channel Operations Analyst Level 2 will enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and foster collaboration with internal teams while ensuring data alignment and reconciliation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for data alignment and reconciliation between internal systems and external distribution partners
• Monitor and validate data across third-party platforms, escalating discrepancies as necessary
• Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and other internal teams to facilitate channel processes and address operational inquiries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Over five years of relevant experience managing distribution or data operations
• Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, with familiarity in CRM or ERP systems preferred
• Experience managing and reconciling large datasets across various platforms
• Basic knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and system integrations is a plus
