Channel Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic channel initiatives, the remote contract Channel Operations Analyst will manage data across third-party platforms, ensure operational efficiency, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and validate data across third-party platforms to ensure accuracy and escalate discrepancies as needed
• Provide day-to-day support for channel operations, assisting with data alignment and reconciliation between internal systems and external distribution partners
• Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and internal teams to support channel processes and respond to operational requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of applicable experience in Channel Operations, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis
• Hands-on experience with data management tools, including advanced Excel functions and SQL queries
• Experience in Accounting & Billing processes
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is preferred
