Channel Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Channel Operations Analyst will manage data across third-party platforms, ensure operational efficiency through process improvements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic channel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and validate data across third-party platforms to ensure accuracy and escalate discrepancies
• Provide day-to-day support for channel operations, assisting with data alignment and reconciliation between internal systems and external distribution partners
• Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and internal teams to support channel processes and respond to operational requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of applicable experience in Channel Operations, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis
• Hands-on experience with Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables, and familiarity with SQL queries
• Experience in Accounting & Billing
• Proficiency in managing and reconciling large datasets across multiple systems
