Channel Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the remote Channel Operations Analyst will manage operational tasks for Amazon and Walmart channels, ensuring listings are live, inventory is stocked, and compliance is maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Own first-pass operational triage across Amazon and Walmart, addressing issues such as VTR defects and inventory mismatches
- Manage inventory health and inbound shipments to maintain 100% in-stock status on FBA while flagging stock risks
- Execute listing and catalog work, including new SKU setup and content updates across platforms
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail operations; experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred
- Strong spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables and data hygiene
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume operational tasks
- Exposure to ERP or inventory systems, such as NetSuite, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field
