Channel Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Channel Operations - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quote to Cash process across the MCM product portfolio, ensuring seamless execution from quote generation to revenue recognition
• Administer Salesforce.com (CRM) for process development and maintenance of accounts, contracts, and opportunities
• Develop and manage reporting mechanisms to support MCM requirements, including forecasting and internal audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Contracts Management or Sales Operations is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts management and sales operations, preferably in government and domestic contracts
• Sales Operations experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com (CRM) system administration
• Experience with forecasting, sales reporting, and S&OP/S&OE processes
