• Manage transactional tasks such as PO processing, deal registration, and partner data maintenance
• Provide operational insights to improve workflows and scalability
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and partner teams to streamline processes and maintain high-quality data

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or channel support
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for enabling sales growth through operational excellence
• Preferred: Experience working in or with the education sector
