Channel Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Channel Partner program in a remote capacity, the full-time Channel Operations Specialist will manage operational, analytical, and technical tasks to enhance partner growth, improve pipeline visibility, and maintain CRM data.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify strategic target accounts and market expansion opportunities to support channel growth initiatives
• Manage and maintain channel-related data, records, opportunities, and reporting within Salesforce CRM
• Partner with Marketing to develop prospect intelligence and insights for improved decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• Experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or Salesforce Administration
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting and data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce reporting tools
• Familiarity with construction, engineering, or related industries preferred
