Channel Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Driving operational functions critical to distribution channel processes, the remote Channel Operations Specialist will manage relationships with sales teams and external partners, oversee data integrity and reconciliation, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for Sales and external distribution partners, providing insights on dispute escalations and operational activities
- Lead data alignment efforts and troubleshoot data inaccuracies between internal databases and external partners
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize channel operations and increase departmental efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Channel Operations, Sales Operations, or Business/Data Analytics
- Proven track record of managing relationships with external partners and internal sales teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data validation and reconciliation
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and ERP/billing systems
