Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Partner Account Executive to support the growth and success of their Partner Solutions Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sale operations and ensure a seamless experience for channel partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and coordinate issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and assist in generating reports on partner activity and performance
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales operations, channel support, or telecommunications
  • Experience supporting channel partners or indirect sales models preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and reporting tools
  • High attention to detail, particularly in order tracking and financial data
