Channel Partner Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Channel Partner Analyst will review incoming customer contracts and data across multiple systems to ensure proper approvals and alignment while collaborating with the Channel Partner Manager and Revenue Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify customer hierarchy in Launchpad corresponds to Salesforce and ensure account alignment across all systems
• Confirm that volume is flowing after a specified time and report discrepancies to the Channel Partner Manager
• Collaborate with the Channel Partner Manager to provide account reviews and address customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• College degree or relevant equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Experience working with Salesforce, Launchpad, and PoPA Admin
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
