Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Partner Client Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level system support for Channel Partners, including troubleshooting and resolving client questions
  • Perform regression testing and ensure proper functionality of client sites
  • Manage open items ticket log and prepare for client status calls
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment
  • Analytical skill-sets to effectively use data for strategy
  • Familiarity with system audits and client issue resolution processes
