Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Partner Specialist to support the Partner Solutions Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for channel partners regarding orders, billing, and program support
• Track partner-submitted opportunities and coordinate with internal teams for timely order completion
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and generate reports related to partner performance and sales results

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or channel support
• Experience with indirect sales channels or partner programs preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
