Job Summary
Focused on partner retention and revenue protection, the full-time remote Channel Partner Success Manager will own the renewal process for partner-managed recurring revenue, ensuring high partner health and successful renewals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process, including orchestration and forecasting for partner-managed recurring revenue
- Establish proactive partner health management to identify and mitigate churn risk, including defining health scoring frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, driving adoption strategies and ensuring measurable value realization from solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within channel partner ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of partner renewal processes, forecasting, and retention strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to build trust and influence partner stakeholders at multiple levels
- Structured operator with a process-driven mindset and strong operational excellence
