Job Summary
To accelerate channel partnerships, the full-time remote Channel Partnerships Director will manage partner relationships, oversee training and onboarding, and drive channel sales performance while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the success and activation of signed partner agreements
- Own the training and onboarding of partner representatives, collaborating with Enablement and Sales Leadership
- Manage the pipeline of partner deals, ensuring accountability and success for partners
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or quota-carrying sales
- Proven management experience with a strong executive presence
- Experience in high-velocity sales or partnership environments
- Understanding of the complete partner sales cycle from signing to deal closure
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
