Job Summary

Owning the COCOM and SOF channel partnerships, the full-time remote Strategic Partnerships & Growth Lead will build and manage relationships with prime contractors and technology companies, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth in the defense sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with prime contractors and integrators focused on COCOM and SOF programs
  • Engage with USSOCOM and other command innovation offices to promote Cursor within software development standards and acquisition pipelines
  • Manage a revenue target and pipeline for COCOM and SOF channel business, forecasting and reporting on opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnership management within the defense industrial base
  • Established relationships with prime contractors or technology companies in the COCOM and SOF market
  • Understanding of SOCOM's acquisition environment, including MFP-11 budget authority and rapid acquisition mechanisms
  • Proven track record of expanding channel relationships that generated significant revenue in the COCOM or SOF ecosystem
