Channel Performance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the daily operations of ecommerce channels, the seasonal Channel Performance Task Specialist will process order updates, cancellations, returns, and customer inquiries while maintaining data accuracy in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Performing accurate data entry and order-level updates within expected handle times
• Completing assigned task queues to meet daily throughput expectations set by the Channels Performance Team
• Assisting with customer experience tasks, including responding to inquiries and processing return requests

Required qualifications

• Basic navigation skills in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Minimal ecommerce background or familiarity with online orders and marketplaces
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
• Minor customer experience background or comfort with customer-facing order information
• Ability to follow documented processes and standard operating procedures consistently
