Channel Programs Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support and scale the global partner ecosystem, the full-time Channel Programs Operations Manager will manage customer lifecycle outcomes and VCF platform adoption through partners, focusing on operational excellence in partner programs, incentives, and reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize operational processes for customer lifecycle outcomes related to the VCF platform and add-ons
• Operationalize partner programs and manage incentive operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting to enhance partner performance insights

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Operations
• Strong understanding of partner-led customer lifecycle models and experience with partner programs
• Experience in supporting field sales or partner-facing roles with data and operational processes
• Proficiency in building dashboards and KPI frameworks using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree required
