Job Summary
To support and scale a global partner ecosystem, the full-time Channel Programs Operations Manager will manage operational processes for customer lifecycle and VCF platform adoption through partners, focusing on onboarding, expansion, and renewals while ensuring data-driven insights and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize processes to enhance customer lifecycle outcomes for the VCF platform through partners
- Operationalize partner programs and manage end-to-end incentive operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track partner performance and provide insights for improvement
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Operations
- Strong understanding of partner-led customer lifecycle models and experience supporting field sales or partner-facing roles
- Experience with partner programs, incentives, and payout operations
- Proficiency in building dashboards and KPI frameworks using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree required
