Job Summary
To support and scale the global partner ecosystem, the full-time Channel Programs Operations Manager will manage operational processes for customer lifecycle outcomes, partner program incentives, and data reporting, focusing on VCF platform adoption and partner performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize processes to enhance partner-led customer lifecycle outcomes for the VCF platform
- Operationalize partner programs and manage incentive operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial governance
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and scorecards to provide insights into partner performance and VCF lifecycle metrics
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Operations
- Strong understanding of partner-led customer lifecycle models and experience supporting field sales or partner-facing roles
- Experience with partner programs, incentives, and payout operations
- Proficiency in building dashboards and KPI frameworks using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree required
