Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Sales Director to lead and manage partner teams across major regions within the International organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the International Partner execution plan in key defined regions
  • Directly lead Regional Directors to ensure regional partner teams achieve success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and build growth engines with RTM partners
Required Qualifications
  • Degree level education with significant sales experience in a technology company
  • Proven ability to manage partners across multiple countries in a matrix environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies in multinational settings
  • Strong track record in sales management and developing business potential within enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrable record of achieving revenue targets and strong negotiation skills
