Job Summary

Driving growth through high-value channel partners, the full-time Lead Channel Sales Executive will develop and implement sales strategies, build executive-level relationships, and manage partner performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with assigned partners while managing and nurturing existing partnerships
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, providing training and support to maximize their effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • 10+ years of experience working with channel/alliances, demonstrating success in growing large or complex partners
  • Deep understanding of Chemical Management
  • Expertise in joint business planning, forecasting, and co-sell/co-market motions
  • Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and market opportunities
