Job Summary
To accelerate growth across the Nordics, Baltics, and Scotland, the home-based Channel Sales Manager will manage key distributor partnerships, drive revenue and market development, and generate new sales opportunities in the healthcare imaging sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop three key distributor partnerships, executing joint business plans aligned with growth targets
- Generate new sales opportunities and support partners in tenders and negotiations to win strategic deals
- Train and coach distributor sales teams on Agfa's solutions to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales or distributor management
- Strong track record of growing revenue through partnerships
- Background in MedTech, healthcare, or capital equipment is preferred
- Skilled in complex, solution-based selling
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset
