Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute a scalable partner strategy that expands market coverage and accelerates revenue growth across the U.S. region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a scalable Channel Partner Strategy to expand market coverage and accelerate revenue growth
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners across key verticals while collaborating with existing partners to drive pipeline creation
  • Monitor partner performance through KPIs and contribute to the definition of partner tiering and incentive models
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years in Channel / Partner Sales or Business Development within the software or SaaS industry
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple countries or business units
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market models and experience executing partner enablement programs
  • Experience in solution and consultative selling within complex B2B environments
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive campaigns, close deals, and manage cross-functional alignment
