Job Summary
Managing key channel partner relationships, the full-time remote Channel Sales Manager will develop channel strategies, optimize partner performance, and drive revenue growth through sales for the distributor channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts regular assessments of channel partner performance and directs resources to meet revenue and growth objectives
- Strengthens relationships with assigned distributors and customers to foster partnerships that drive mutual growth
- Implements processes to enhance deal registration and sales enablement tools while analyzing distribution metrics for performance optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or account management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and customer relationship management
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights
