Job Summary
A company is looking for a Channel Sales and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-functional partner sales team, managing daily execution across various functions
- Drive sales performance and ensure the team meets or exceeds quota and client expectations
- Conduct client-facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and act as a strategic liaison between stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience; indirect channel sales experience preferred
- Management or leadership experience, including hiring and coaching
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
- Self-reliant and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
