Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Sales and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a multi-functional partner sales team, managing daily execution across various functions
  • Drive sales performance and ensure the team meets or exceeds quota and client expectations
  • Conduct client-facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and act as a strategic liaison between stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Previous B2B sales experience; indirect channel sales experience preferred
  • Management or leadership experience, including hiring and coaching
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
  • Self-reliant and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
