Channel Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Sales Specialist to develop and maintain relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin with channel partners
• Introduce new products and assist channel partners with inventory planning and marketing activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with small electrical contractors targeting multi-family projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Distribution or a high school diploma with relevant sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (or 4 years without a degree)
• Experience working with electrical contractors and channel partners
• Knowledge of the electrical industry and products is desired
• Familiarity with analytical software and sales tools, preferably Salesforce.com
