Job Summary

Owning and growing the channel sales motion globally for Agility and DevOps product lines, the full-time remote Channel Sales Specialist will manage partner recruitment, drive revenue execution, and ensure partner success through strategic planning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of the partner landscape to identify coverage gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans for high-fit partners
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets while maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
  • Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for partners to ensure they can independently sell Digital.ai solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of channel sales experience in enterprise software with a track record of building indirect revenue programs
  • Expertise in DevOps, Agility, or related enterprise software categories
  • Proven ability to recruit and activate new channel partners who contribute revenue within 6-12 months
  • Experience with cloud marketplace co-sell motions involving AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure
  • Strong history of working with both public sector and commercial channel partners globally
