Channel Sales Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Sales Support Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for UK and Europe sales teams, responding to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes
• Work with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and provide necessary support
• Maintain and update sales documentation and process commission calculations for sales teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support/implementation, or customer service
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
