Job Summary
Supporting reseller sales operations, the full-time Channel Sales Support Agent will serve as the primary contact for US and Canadian partnership teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to successfully sell and onboard products.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries from partnership teams, providing timely responses and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and implement lasting solutions
- Maintain and update sales documentation, playbooks, and resource libraries to ensure current information is available
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, channel management, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and analytics
