Job Summary
Supporting reseller sales operations, the full-time Channel Sales Support Agent will act as the main point of contact for partnership teams in the US and Canada, ensuring they have the necessary resources to successfully onboard and sell products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and sales teams, responding to inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and provide technical guidance
- Maintain and update sales documentation and process commission calculations for sales teams
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, channel management, or customer service
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
