Job Summary
Supporting reseller sales operations, the full-time Channel Sales Support Agent will act as the primary contact for partnership teams in the US and Canada, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to successfully onboard products and assist local sellers.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for US and Canadian partnership teams, responding to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes
- Work with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and implement lasting solutions
- Maintain and update sales documentation, playbooks, and resource libraries while processing commission calculations for sales teams
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support/implementation, or customer service
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
