Channel Solutions Associate

Job Summary

Supporting operational initiatives across channels, the part-time contract Channel Solutions Associate will manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive growth initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage channel initiatives, including pipeline automation and provider credentialing
• Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and enhance client experiences

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
