Job Summary
Driving channel strategy and optimization, the full-time remote Channel Strategy Leader will develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies focused on digital performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and business results.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize existing distribution channels to align with company goals and market trends
- Analyze customer journeys and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and enhance user experiences
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, channel management, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL
