Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Success Manager to support brokers and consultants in selling health benefit products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top revenue-generating consulting channels
  • Provide training and resources to consultants to enhance their sales capabilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive channel sales growth and monitor performance
Required Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in account management or relationship roles
  • Strong customer service background with 3+ years of Benefit & COBRA knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with key stakeholders in Fortune 1,000 companies
  • Proven ability to resolve issues strategically for brokers and consultants
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher
