Job Summary
A company is looking for a Channel Success Manager to support brokers and consultants in selling health benefit products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top revenue-generating consulting channels
- Provide training and resources to consultants to enhance their sales capabilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive channel sales growth and monitor performance
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in account management or relationship roles
- Strong customer service background with 3+ years of Benefit & COBRA knowledge preferred
- Experience working with key stakeholders in Fortune 1,000 companies
- Proven ability to resolve issues strategically for brokers and consultants
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher
