Job Summary
As a strategic leader, the full-time remote Channels Operations Manager will drive operational strategy, program design, and go-to-market execution for the managed services business, fostering relationships with managed service providers (MSPs) and aligning cross-functional teams to enhance market positioning and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build strategic partnerships with MSP leadership to drive mutual growth and commitment
- Lead the creation of annual business plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance and align priorities
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for managed services, ensuring consistent execution across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
- 5-7 years of experience in strategy and operations, channel operations, or partner success within a technology or SaaS environment
- Proven track record as a strategic advisor to external partners, driving joint business planning
- Experience managing cross-functional go-to-market initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in using Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting
