Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chapter Engagement Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Support regional stakeholders and build relationships to enhance chapter operations and member value
Drive business development and improve member satisfaction and retention in assigned regions
Act as a primary relationship leader and cultivate partnerships within the chapter network

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years in account management and business development
Understanding of a business to consumer (B to C) environment
Customer-facing experience with a focus on problem solving
Successful advocacy experience with corporations through chapter networks
