Charge Clearance Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Charge Clearance Representative will review medical encounters, evaluate documentation for correct coding, and follow up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims.

Key responsibilities

• Review encounters to determine appropriate actions and evaluate medical records for correct coding
• Inspect documents for missing information and follow up with relevant parties
• Monitor multiple systems for actionable requirements and notify management of any delays in document receipt

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in patient registration and claim review
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
