Charge Description Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Charge Description Master to oversee the accuracy and compliance of the Charge Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the review and annual update of the Charge Description Master (CDM) for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Ensure effective integration of the CDM with electronic health record systems and provide training to staff on related processes
• Manage the daily operations of the CDM team, including coaching and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Administration is required; Master's Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or healthcare, including revenue cycle and compliance
• At least 2 years of leadership experience is required
