Charge Description Master Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charge Description Master Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collects and analyzes data to deliver results and perform routine audits, collaborating with internal and external clients
• Provides training and support to CDM Analysts and communicates changes in coding and billing protocols
• Leads multi-disciplinary groups in ensuring accuracy of the chargemaster and managing revenue enhancement projects

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for Charge Master and coding experience
• Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations
• Certifications in patient access or patient accounting; coding certification is highly preferred
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire
