Charge Edit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charge Edit Analyst (Remote in Wisconsin/Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, correct, and approve charges in error reports daily
• Ensure accuracy of charge input by analyzing assigned charge processes
• Report charge processing issues to Revenue Integrity management for resolution

Required Qualifications

• Successful completion of CPT, HCPCS, ICD, and medical terminology courses within one year of hire
• Three years of experience in a medical business office or healthcare setting
• Experience with charge entry processes in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Accredited educational qualifications beyond a high school diploma are required
• No specific certifications or licenses are required for this position
