Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process including billing, coding coordination, and claims submission
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation
• Identify and resolve insurance claim denials and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in a behavioral/mental health setting
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and billing software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records
