Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Charge Integrity Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure compliance of the Charge Master with relevant guidelines and regulations
• Monitor and analyze charge capture processes and address related issues
• Collaborate with various teams to support system upgrades and optimize charge capture functionality

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience with facility reimbursement and coding compliance
• Experience in roles such as Certified Coder, Charge Master Administrator, or Epic Analyst
• Extensive experience with Electronic Health Record workflows and advanced Excel skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
