Charge Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Charge Integrity Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Charge Master in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations
• Monitor and analyze charge capture processes, addressing issues and collaborating with various teams
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and new department charge capture tools

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with facility reimbursement and charge master compliance
• Experience as a Certified Coder, Charge Master Administrator, or similar role
• Extensive experience with Electronic Health Record workflows and advanced Excel skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
