Charge Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

To support revenue cycle operations, the full-time Charge Integrity Analyst will resolve charge errors, manage claim edits, and maintain knowledge of charge entry systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an internal resource to resolve charge errors for clinical departments and revenue cycle operations
• Manage claim edit and Discharged Not Billed (DNB) work queues in the patient accounting system
• Assist in the resolution of billing edits and denials while acting as a liaison between management and clinical departments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting
• Proficiency in using Epic software
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hospital systems
• Experience with front-end and back-end revenue cycle processes
